Lead and Copper Details

We have been required to do a survey of our Customers service lines within the District to identify any areas in need of attention. Please fill out the following form for our records, to complete our survey for the updated rules for EPA's Lead and Copper. Water service line material can be verified by viewing the water line where it connects to your service line outside of the meter box and where it enters at the foundation of your home. Customers with separate meters for irrigation will need to fill out an additional survey for irrigation. Forms with a photo of your service line material can also be dropped by our office, mailed or emailed to leann@wrud.org. *If you are filling out the survey on your phone or tablet the date field below is for the date that the service line was installed, or year house was built.*
